Most orders are shipped the same day (depending on what time of day the order is received. Our shipping rates are for the Continental United States only. Please contact us for all orders needing to be shipped outside the Continental United States and or orders that need expedient services.

Handling Fees
We do not charge a standard handling or processing fee. Items that are oversized or Hazardous Material. UPS classifies some items as hazardous (for example, bleach or corrosive identified items). Therefore, these items would be subject to additional handling fees via UPS with no guarantee of safe delivery. Janitorsecret.com does NOT ship Hazardous Material via UPS. All Hazardous Material ships by Common Carrier/LTL Shipping. Orders shipped via LTL to a residential address are strictly delivered to your curbside. The trucking company will typically charge additional service fees for any type of delivery other than curbside delivery.

(Examples of this would include a need for a lift gate for a successful delivery.) Janitorsecret.com does not include a delivery service other than curbside. Customers will be responsible for any additional charges for Shipping Time and Transit In order to offer the most economical shipping rates and most reliable service,

All orders except for large or bulky items, hazardous material products, or a special large-volume order are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping then takes between 1-7 business days. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Bulky items, hazardous materials and other items or orders that do not qualify to ship via UPS ship generally via LTL. See Common Carrier/LTL Shipping above.

UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses.
